Marilize Louwies is a payroll industry specialist with more than 16 years of payroll management experience.

She holds a National Diploma In Payroll administration which she completed in 2002. Marilize joined MMS in 2006 and is a director at MMS Payroll Services.

Marilize has to co-ordinate all payroll adjustments, maintain data integrity for third –party payments and assist clients with special ad-hoc report requests.

Companies employing up to 700 employees have benefited from her payroll expertise, strong background and ability to analyze and improve. She builds strong customer relationships and communicates effectively with all levels in an organization. Her contribution at these companies has resulted in the successful re-engineering of their payroll processes.

Marilize has experience working with a variety of payroll systems & report writing packages which includes Vision , VIP, ODBC & Bim Reporting. She always ensures that all clients are up to date with all legislative compliance and reporting requirements.

She is Married and a mother of two, who enjoys spending time with her family and breaking away from her busy life.
